Notice of Covid-19 Changes

COVID-19

Due to COVID-19 and the many changes placed upon dentistry by our government and regulatory agencies, you will notice some changes as you present to our office for treatment during the COVID-19 pandemic.

All patients are required to WEAR A MASK when entering the clinic and while in the waiting area. Patients are encouraged to bring and wear their own mask; however, if you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you.  *PLEASE NOTE: The recent CDC guidelines lifting the mask mandate for the fully-vaccinated general public DO NOT APPLY to healthcare settings, and MASKS ARE STILL REQUIRED IN OUR CLINIC.*

As much as possible, we are asking that patients come alone to their dental appointments to increase our ability to abide by social distancing guidelines. If a young child is receiving dental care, we ask that the parent/guardian remain in the waiting area (wearing a mask) or in their car for the duration of the appointment. In order to reduce potential aerosol exposures ONLY THE PATIENT RECEIVING TREATMENT WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE OPERATORY.

You will be asked a series of COVID-19 screening questions at several points throughout the treatment process--as you make your appointment, upon appointment confirmation, and on the day you actually present to the office for treatment. Your truthfulness and candidness when answering these screening questions is imperative in our effort to limit the spread of any disease in our clinic. All patients and visitors entering the clinic will be screened via this questionnaire as well as by recording a forehead temperature measurement.

You will be required to sign a consent form prior to being seen for any procedure at our office. In order to expedite your check-in process and minimize patients congregating in the waiting room, we are asking all patients to utilize our paperless forms that are emailed or texted to you prior to your appointment time. You can also access these forms under the "Patient Forms/Info" tab on the top menu of this webpage.

We are committed to keeping our patients, our staff, and our community as safe as possible as we continue our provision of quality dental care amidst the ongoing pandemic. We appreciate your patience during this time of immense change! THANK YOU!
