COVID-19 Updates


Due to COVID-19 and the many changes placed upon dentistry by our government and regulatory agencies, you will notice some changes as you present to our office for treatment amidst the pandemic.  Our added safety protocols take some time to implement and engage, and late arrivals will cause significant delays in the day's schedule.  For this reason, we are asking our patients to be very prompt upon arrival.  If you arrive early and our providers are not yet ready to set you, you may be asked to wait in your car.

We are please asking that ONLY THE PATIENT BEING TREATED ENTERS THE OFFICE.  If a young child is receiving dental care, we ask that the parent remain in the waiting area (wearing a mask) or in their car during the duration of the appointment.  In order to reduce aerosol exposures, ONLY THE PATIENT RECEIVING TREATMENT WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE TREATMENT ROOM.

All patients will be required to WEAR A MASK when entering the clinic.  Preferably, patients will wear their own cloth masks.  If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you, but we strongly prefer the use of patient's own cloth masks to preserve PPE supplies.

You will be asked a series of COVID-19 screening questions at several points throughout the treatment process--as you make your appointment, upon appointment confirmation, on the day you actually present to the office for treatment, and a post-appointment follow-up.  Your truthfulness and candidness when anwering these screening questions is imperative in our effort to limit the spread of any disease in our clinic.  All patients and visitors entering the clinic will be screened via this questionnaire as well as a forehead temperature measurement.  

You will be required to sign a consent form prior to being seen for any procedure at our office.  In order to expedite your check-in process and minimize patients congregating in the waiting room, we are asking all patients to PLEASE PRINT THIS FORM FROM OUR WEBSITE AT HOME AND BRING THE COMPLETED FORM WITH YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Finally, in order to expedite check-out times and minimize the transfer of money and credit cards between patients and staff, you will be asked to pre-pay for services rendered before scheduling your appointment.
